Newsletter Reflection: Letter to Myself
Download this stationary template and take a quiet moment to write two short letters: “Dear Me” and “Dear Tomorrow.” Begin with “Dear Me” as a soft check-in. Let the words come without pressure or polish. You might name what you’re holding, what has felt tender or tiring, or simply how this season has been for you.
When you’re ready, turn to *Dear Tomorrow.” This letter doesn’t need certainty or solutions. It can hold a wish, a hope, or a gentle reminder you want to carry forward. Let both letters be small gestures of care, a way of saying that love, too, belongs to you.
