End Well Conference
End Well Conference
Date: November
Venue/City: Los Angeles, CA
Audience: Helpers of All Kinds
When my kids asked what I did while I was out of town for the End Well Conference, my answer was simple: “I made friends.”
And truly, I did. I came home inspired, touched, and amazed by how naturally deep connections can form when people gather with open hearts.
End Well was so special. We weren’t just in a conference space—we were in a community willing to talk honestly about grief, caregiving, illness, and dying. Instead of opening conversations with small talk about the weather, we went straight to the heart:
Why are we here?
What has been hard?
How can we help one another?
It wasn’t “networking.”
It was connecting.
We came from all over—geographically and professionally. Medicine, wellness, entertainment, policy, the arts, academia, faith, and more. All of us carried the shared desire to help people end well so they can live well. The theme of #radicalbravery echoed through each conversation and session, reminding us that leaning into these hard topics is an act of courage and care.
End Well felt like a warm hug before stepping back out into the world to do the work. A gathering of helpers who show up fully, fiercely, and compassionately. Being among both new and familiar faces rekindled my personal why—the heart behind the work we do.
A heartfelt thank you to the End Well team and every speaker who created a space where we could learn, share, feel supported, and be cared for. We return home better informed, replenished, and ready to pour that care back into our communities.
